1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or registering for a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer intuitive painting workshops, retreats, and classes. Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Registration & Payments

To participate in an event, you may be required to provide personal information and make payment through a secure third-party provider (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for any activity under your account.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital & Self-Paced Courses

All self-paced courses, recorded classes, and downloadable digital products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to materials, all sales are final once purchase is complete.

Online New Moon Circles (Donation-Based)

Donations for New Moon Circles are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend live, access to the recording (if available) will be provided. Donations are considered a contribution toward the offering and the continued support of Art of the Soul.

Paint From Your Soul (PFYS) – 5-Week Live Online Course

Due to the limited enrollment and the nature of this live, multi-week container:

• A full refund may be requested up to 7 days prior to the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date.

• Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued.

• If you are unable to attend a live session, recordings (if available) will be provided. Missed sessions do not qualify for partial refunds.

If Art of the Soul cancels or reschedules a program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future offering.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and technology to participate in online offerings. Refunds will not be issued due to technical issues on the participant’s end.

5. Artwork & Image Use
All artwork and images displayed on this website are either original works created by Art of the Soul or are shared with permission from participating students and facilitators.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, or used in any form without prior written consent from the artist and/or Art of the Soul.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully and supportively during all events. We reserve the right to remove any individual for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms for registration, payment, analytics, and communication. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are offered "as is." Art of the Soul is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
