My Story
Creativity has always been a natural part of life around me. I grew up surrounded by art and music — my father a musician, my mother an artist. For a long time, I viewed creativity mostly as a hobby, and art as something that needed to look a certain way. It wasn’t something I felt deeply connected to.
In 2019, I discovered the world of Intuitive painting and art as an intuitive and healing practice. What began with a simple drawing exercise lead to a painting class and opened a doorway into a completely different way of creating — one that wasn’t about skill or outcome, but about listening inward. That moment changed how I understood creativity, and eventually, how I understood myself.
My Philosophy
I believe creativity and the soul are deeply connected. It is one of the ways the soul speaks — a bridge that reconnects us to our authentic selves and the wisdom that already lives within us. When we allow ourselves to create intuitively and playfully, we open doors to imagination, spirituality, and truth.
Through intuitive art, I’ve learned to listen to my inner world, to trust what wants to emerge, and to remember parts of myself I had lost along the way. It’s become a way of rebuilding self-trust, remembering my soul, and allowing its messages and wisdom to reveal themselves — a way of tapping back into a part of me I had forgotten. My hope is that those who create with me walk away feeling more connected to their soul — with a deeper sense of peace, empowerment, and self-understanding.
If I could share one truth, it would be this:
Life is creativity, and creativity is life. We are all creative spirits with boundless potential — constantly shaping, choosing, and co-creating the lives we live. Intuitive art is a way of consciously stepping into that sacred partnership.

My Work Today
I guide women back to themselves through intuitive expression, using art as a pathway to self-trust, inner wisdom, and soul remembrance. My work is rooted in embodied connection, and creating space for what wants to be seen, felt, and expressed.
My classes are different from traditional art workshops. There’s no focus on making something “pretty”; instead, it’s about meaningful expression, personal reflection, and an honest dialogue with the soul.
Each space I hold is grounded in safety, non-judgment, and respect for each woman’s unique journey. We work with the wisdom of the body, gentle ritual, movement, and at times feminine archetypes — creating a sacred container for remembrance and healing.
A Litte Bit More Personal
I start my mornings with journaling, meditation, and movement (most days…we’re human).
I love hiking, camping, and being outdoors whenever I can — unless it’s any dramatic mix of cold, wind, and rain. Then I hibernate.
I once hiked down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, camped overnight, and hiked back out with only my backpack and my personal park ranger — also known as my husband. Definitely a lifetime experience… and one I’m still proud of.
I come from immigrant parents, Italian homemade cooking, loud conversations, large family gatherings, coffee and card playing, the ocean and the boardwalk, pasta and bread, and so much more.
Connection to family and friends is an important part of what feeds my soul.
I’m a proud fur mommy… and yes, I am that person who will happily show you all the photos.
If you feel drawn to this work, I’d love to have you join me in an upcoming experience.
