New Moon Circle

Virtual group session · January 18, 2026 ·

5:00pm eastern time

This monthly gathering is a space to step out of urgency and back into rhythm. Guided by the timing and themes of the new moon, we use intuitive art and breathwork as practices for listening - rather than fixing, forcing, or performing.

A natural point to pause.

Is this session for me?

This gathering may be supportive if you:

  • Feel disconnected from your intuition

  • Are tired of overthinking your growth

  • Want to slow down without collapsing

  • Are curious about breathwork in a grounded container

  • Crave depth without intensity

In nature, the new moon is a time of stillness before movement. In the body, it’s a moment when intuition is easier to hear.

We gather here each month to slow down, soften the nervous system, and allow clarity to arise without pressure.

Space. Creativity. Support.

What will we do together?

We begin each gathering with a brief grounding ritual.

Participants are invited to prepare:

  • A ceremonial cacao, or

  • A warm cup of herbal tea.

Cacao is offered as an optional heart-opening plant medicine to support presence, gratitude, and connection. It is not required to participate or receive benefit.

If you don’t work with cacao, warm tea serves the same purpose, slowing the body and signaling safety.

From there we will move into:

  • guided breathwork practice to support nervous system regulation;

  • An intuitive art process to translate what’s arising;

You are always welcome to participate at your own pace.

What is Intuitive art?

Intuitive art is an invitation to slow down and listen inward. It is a guided creative practice that focuses on process rather than skill or outcome. Instead of creating from expectation or judgment, you allow color, movement, and sensation to guide your hands. The artwork becomes a place where emotions can move, stories can soften, and unspoken parts of you can finally have a voice.

You’ll be invited to work with simple prompts, movement, and materials to explore color, shape, and texture without planning what you’ll make. There’s no right or wrong result and no pressure to be “good” at art. The goal is to quiet the thinking mind, tune into your body and emotions, and let the artwork reflect what’s present for you in the moment. You don’t need to know what you’re making or why—only to show up and let the process meet you exactly where you are.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork uses ancient breathing techniques that calm the body, quiet the mind, and listen to the soul. The chaos of the world fades, giving way to inspiration, clarity, integration, and growth.

It acts as a bridge between the subconscious and conscious mind, between the body and the spirit within.

Through controlled breathing patterns, we access our unique body archive - a storehouse of emotions, memories and energies that have been locked away as tension, pain, and discomfort. We bring awareness to the unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that have kept us stuck for too long.

Most of us are holding so much - breathwork gives us permission to let go.
